… Secures PDP membership card

THE immediate past Secretary to the Katsina State Government ( SSG), Dr. Mustapha Inuwa, has urged the people to rescue themselves from what he described as the misrule of the All Progressives Congress (APC ) government.
“We are all suffering from the APC-led government,” Inuwa said on Sunday, adding that, “the devastating hunger that the APC has inflicted on Nigerians is enough for the people of Nigeria to vote them out come 2023.”
He spoke at his Dan-Musa home town, Dan-Musa Local Government Area, after obtaining his PDP membership card in the area.
According to him, “we all know the hardship in which we find ourselves in this country.
“There’s suffering everywhere in the land and it will be wise for us to vote in PDP to end the ills.
“But, we must shun moneybags, tribal or religious sentiments in order to achieve it.
“I’m aware that there is hunger, suffering and that is why they will bring money to entice you, I will urge you to collect but do the needful to yourself and your country to vote for PDP because that is the surest way out from this mess in which we find ourselves.
“I want to thank the people of Dan-Musa Local Government Area for the support during my stay and out of APC now, to PDP.
“Do not be intimidated because the Nigeria Constitution gives every citizen the right to politics,” he said.
Inuwa who contested the APC governorship primaries lost the bid to Dr. Umar Dikko Radda.
He dumped the APC for the PDP at a ceremony on October 16, in Katsina, also pulling out hundreds of his supporters to the APC.
He has since been appointed Director-General of the Lado-Atiku Abubakar campaign organisation.
