A group called “Forum for Integrity and credibility in leadership has accused the People’s Democratic Party(PDP) presidential candidate , Alhaji Atiku Abubakar to be a man who lacks integrity and will not keep his promise with Nigerians.

Mr Ogebe Jones Ogebe, Co-ordinator of the group while addressing the press said “In 2018, precisely on the 15th of October, the former Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and the Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), through his Lawyer Prof. Maxwell Gidado SAN and his Advisor Dr. Samuel Cornelius entered into an agreement with LEGACY LOGISTICS & ALLIED SERVICES LTD. to process and procure United States of America visa for the former Vice President of Nigeria.”

“It is however worthy of note that the Visa was processed, procured and handed over to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar the Waziri Adamawa as agreed, but since 2018 he has refused to pay the agreed sum, and has reneged on his liability to LEGACY LOGISTICS & ALLIED SERVICES LTD. amounting to the sum of $5,900,000.00 (Five Million Nine Hundred Thousand United States Dollars). We shall make available to the Press copies of the Agreement in a subsequent Press Conference.”

“At the moment we are interested in the rebuttal of the above facts by the Media Team of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as we are committed to ensuring that like Caezer’s wife those who seek the high office of President must be above board.”

He went further to say the group is armed with the full details of the contract breach and shall put each and every fact before the public in due course.

“We shall put the facts before, during and after the said AGREEMENT before the public without equivocation”.

“Indeed as watchdogs interested in the pristine values of integrity and credibility in leadership, we shall continue to x-ray the candidates and put before the public our findings”.
