Unity and development of Nigeria depend on all of us – Mamora

Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Dr, Adeleke Olorunnimbe Mamora has said that the unity and development of Nigerian depend on our collective commitment and dedication to her success.

Mamora said that the economic crunch ravaging world, Nigeria inclusive is becoming unbearable adding, that the situation has led to unemployment, increase in crime and youth restiveness among others.

The Minister said this during the launching of his Biography book titled “OLORUNNIMBE” which was held in Lagos.

He emphasized that the present socio-economic and political challenges in the country will only be surmounted by patience, hard working, collective responsibility, collaboration and innovation by Nigerians.

Mamora reminded Nigerians, particular the youths that the progress and success of the country rely mostly on our positive attitudes towards achieving the national goals stressing that posterity will not forgive us if we fail to provide vibrant and sustainable economy.

To this end, he appealed to Nigerians to be focused towards unity and development of the country to an enviable position among comity of nations.

Speaking at the occasion through virtual, President Muhammadu Buhari said that the Minister is a man of high integrity worthy of emulation while the former President, Olusegun Obasanjo stated that Mamora is a man of honour whose footstep is in line with his father who was empathic to the development and success of humanity.
In the same vein, the Vice President, Yemi Osibanjo who spoke with through virtual, among other dignitaries at the occasion, described the Minister as an epitome of wisdom, a team leader and achiever in the discharge of his duty.

Therefore, he called on Nigerias to always work collectively towards achieving Nigeria of our dream.
