Voting has commenced in most polling units in Jos the Plateau state capital .
At Mount Carmel 041 polling , unit in Giring our correspondent reports that voting commenced at about 8 50 am .
The INEC Presiding officers and other Adhoc staff assigned for the conduct of the elections were on ground as materials arrived as early as 8:20am .
Speaking after casting his vote ,the member representing Jos South / Jos East in the National assembly Dachung Musa Bagos lauded INEC for their coordination .
