The governorship candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Dr. Umar Dikko Radda, and wife, Zulaihat, cast their votes at Kofar Katuka polling unit 010 in his hometown, Radda, Charanchi Local Lovernment Area of the State.
Radda who spoke with reporters said that, “I am here to exercise my civic responsibility and I hope and pray that this exercise will also produce a very qualitative leadership for the people of Katsina and I must thank Almighty Allah for making it possible.
“Katsina have keyed in to our vision and strategy policies because they need development and change and we are equal to the task.
“We must thank everybody for giving us this overwhelming support.
“We are confident that we will come out victorious to and Katsina State will have a new leadership, God willing.”
Immediately after casting her vote, the wife of Dr. Umar Radda, Zulaihat called people of the State to come en mass to exercise their franchise for continuity and the overall development of the State and Nigeria at large.
