Minister of State for Education, Dr. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba has reiterated the federal government’s resolve to reduce the number of out-of-school children to the barest minimum.
The minister stated this at the official flag-off of Better Education Service Delivery for All, BESDA, in Rivers State yesterday.
