Fiscal Responsibility Commission, FRC, and the Office of Auditor General for the Federation have reaffirmed their commitment to support each other in helping the federal government to fight corruption in government agencies.

According to them, they will continue to use the instruments of the offices in helping the government to raise revenue for its operators by improving checks on fiscal regulations and discouraging compliance by government agencies inadequate remittances and poor implementation of projects.

This position was made known in a course of a courtesy visit by the Management of Fiscal Responsibility Commission led by its Chairman, Barrister Victor Muruako to the Auditor General for the Federation, Mr Ughu Adulphus.

He recalled that the approval of the template was officially introduced in 2016 through the Federal Treasury circular (Ref. No: TRY A10 & B10/2016) OAGF/CAD/026/V.III/101.
