Former member, Contact & Mobilization, 2019 Presidential Campaign Council of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Frank Ossai, has vowed to deliver Ugheli North local government of Delta State to the ruling party.
Ossai who is contesting the Chairmanship position in the forthcoming local government election, slated for 6th March 2021, said his victory will be a total turnaround as APC will win all the local government areas in Delta state.
In a statement on Sunday 27th December 2020 and made available to Nigerian Pilot, Ossai said, the new leadership of APC led by H.E. Mai Mala Buni and all members of the National, Zonal, and state caretaker committee has provided a fair playing ground and a party to associate with, hence the mega defection from the opposition party to APC.
He also appreciated the Deputy Senate President, Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege, and all elders of the south caucus led by H.E. John Odigie Oyegun for resolving all internal disputes in the State.
Ossai who was a member of the just concluded Ondo State Governorship 2020 National Campaign Council, also served as a Member of the 2015 Election Committee, Ughelli North, Delta State.
In his bid to serve humanity he contested for the position of the Deputy National Secretary, 2018 APC National Convention, and had also contested the 2015 Delta State House of Assembly, Ughelli North, Constituency 1.
