The Pakistan authorities has repeatedly alleged that Indian State forces are a serial violator of human rights in Kashmir region.
It said that India in blatant violations of all UN resolutions, condemnations, reports by international Independent organizations have shamelessly defied and denied every sane logic or effort to be applied to Kashmir conflict.
It further disclosed that after insurgency started in the Kashmir Valley in the late 1980s, Indian troops have been held accountable for several humanitarian abuses and have engaged in mass extrajudicial killings, torture, rape and sexual abuse.
The authorities in a statement to commemorate Kashmir Martyr’s Day, 2021 said that with every martyr’s body wrapped in Pakistani flag laid to rest under echoes of “Pakistan Zindabad”, “Lay kay rahaingay Azadi” and ” Allah O Akbar” the resolve of Kashmiris continue to thrive on the blood and memory of martyrs.
Kashmir Martyr’s Day, is marked every 21 May.
According to the statement, “Kashmiri have remained exploited since late 1846 when their 95% Muslim state was sold to a Hindu Maharaja Gulab Singh by British East India Company for Rs 750,000.
Since then, Kashmiris have been fighting to un-entangle themselves from brutal Hindu regimes of India.
May 21 is a historical event which now symbolizes the higher cause for every Kashmiri.
Month of May is remembered by Kashmiris for killings of their great freedom leaders like Mirwaiz Molvi Muhammad Farooq, Khawaja Abdul Ghani Lone and their 70 followers.
“May 21 is celebrated annually by Kashmiris to pay tribute and homage to these leaders as well as the victims of Hawal massacre. Mirwaiz Moulvi Muhammad Farooq was shot dead by unidentified agents at his residence in Srinagar on this day in 1990. 70 mourners were killed in Hawal area of the city when Indian troops opened fire on the funeral procession of the martyr. Khawaja Abdul Ghani Lone was later killed on the same date in 2002 by Indian forces when he was returning from Eidgah after addressing a public gathering. Mirvvalz Molvi Muhammad Farooq and Khawaja Abdul Ghani Lone represented the essence of unity and oneness of the Kashmiri people”.
The statement added that freedom struggle of Kashmiris was adorned with the blood of martyrs and therefore no power on earth could defeat it by oppressive measures.
“Shaheed Mirwaiz Molvi Farooq and Shaheed Khawaja Ghani Lone strived and sacrificed their lives for a sacred cause and got their names written with honour and dignity in the annals of Kashmir history.
“This year Ashraf Sehrai, senior leader and the chairman of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat was found dead in Indian custody in Jammu on 5 May 2021. Abdul Qadeer, Mirwaiz Molvi Farooq, Khwaja Abdul Ghani Lone, Burhan Wani, Riaz Naikoo are few prominent names who have kept Kashmiri hopes alive and struggle energized since decades.

The authorities said that the best manner to pay tributes to the martyrs is to carry forward their mission till it reaches its logical conclusion.
It concluded that Pakistan will continue to stand by Kashmiris and to revive world conscience continually.
