The Orovworere (traditional ruler) of Effurun-Otor Kingdom, HRM Rotarian Dr. King Johnson Duku, Duku II, has warned his subjects against acts of lawlessness in the yuletide.
He gave the warning on Saturday, at a  media interaction with newsmen at his palace in Effurun-Otor, Ughelli South Local Government Area.
The monarch noted that yuletide was a period of acting in the life and times of Jesus Christ and that Jesus Christ was a peaceful person and as such, adding that his subjects should comport themselves peacefully during the yuletide period.
He also urged parents to warn their wards against acts of gangsterism, cultism, and other vices.
“We do not have the capacity to fight crime,” he warned that he would not hesitate to handle any of his subjects to law enforcement agents who indulge in acts capable of breaching peace in the area, no matter how highly placed
