Two socio-cultural groups, the Arewa Youths Forum and Ohanaeze Youths Movement, have called on Nigerians to ignore the accusations targeted against the Chief of Staff to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila over the constitution of boards of government parastatals and agencies.
The groups, in a statement issued on Monday by their leaders, Kabiru Yusuf, Nwabueze Obi and Ekwem Eucharia said those attacking Gbajabiamila are just envious of progress of President Tinubu’s administration.
Describing the report as fake, the groups said mischief makers are spreading lies to derail Tinubu’s ‘Renewed Hope Agenda.’
They also said the mischief makers are hell bent on causing rift between the President and his appointees seeing that the President chose the best talents to work with.
The groups, therefore, appealed to Nigerians to ignore the detractors, saying that the Chief of Staff to Mr. President is well experienced and capable of carrying out his duties.
They also appealed to Nigerians, the media in particular to be wary of promoting falsehoods.
