The National Chairman of the Third Phase of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, General Elaye Slaboh has on the behalf of its national leadership congratulated the newly appointed Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dr Dennis Brutu Otuaro.
President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Dr Dennis Otuaro as the new Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme last week.
Before his appointment he had previously served as a top-level executive of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) with a enough experience across multiple sectors, including infrastructure development, security, environmental remediation, as well as oil and gas.
According to Slaboh , the leadership of Dr Dennis will move the PAP further considering the wealth of experience he has garnered over the year.
While wishing Dr Otuaro the best in his new assignment, he prayed on behalf of the
Third Phase of the PAP that God will empower him with the needed wisdom to pilot the affairs of the program and that the leadership is looking forward to have a smooth and cordial relationship with his office to maintain the needed Peace and stability in the Niger Delta region.
General Elaye led leadership also appreciates and commend the immediate past Interim Administrator of the PAP, Barry Tariye Ndiomu for moving the Programme to where it is now with laudable initiatives.
