Katsina State Governor, Aminu Bello Masari on Tuesday said his administration has taken over the responsibilities of sponsoring the education of children of the late Dutsinma Police Area Commander, ACP Aminu Umar who was recently killed by terrorists in the area.
Masari made this known during a condolence visit to the family of the deceased in Malumfashi local government area of the State.
Gov Masari described late ACP Aminu Umar as committed and patriotic security officer, noting that his death was a great loss not only to family, State, the Police authority but the entire Nigerians as he prayed ALLAH to grant the deceased Aljanna Firdausi and the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
The Galadiman Katsina and also the District Head of Malumfashi, Justice Saddiq Abdullahi Mahuta (Rtd), spoke on behalf of the family and thanked the Governor Aminu Bello Masari for the love.
