Sen Saliu Mustapha takes oath as member Pan-African Parliament

Senator Saliu Mustapha has taken oath as member of Pan-African Parliament and the leader of the Nigerian delegation to the extraordinary session of the 6th Parliament holding in Midrand, South Africa.

The Pan-African Parliament, PAP, is the Legislative Organ of the African Union, AU and it is intended as a platform for people from all African states to be involved in discussions and decision making on the problems and challenges facing the economic development 9and integration of the Continent.

Senator Saliu Mustapha, leading the Nigerian delegation took oat as a member of the Pan African Parliament following his nomination by the Distinguished Senate President, Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio CON.

Sen. Mustapha is expected to uphold the PAP’s goals and serve the African Union in his capacity as a member of the Pan African Parliament.

Senator Saliu Mustapha’s leadership of the Nigerian Delegation is a position of significant responsibility due to his deep understanding of African affairs and the issues facing the continent coupled with his strong diplomatic and negotiation skills.
