Armed bandits on Monday morning attacked Zone A, Anguwan Gade Extension of Kuje Area Council in Abuja, and abducted one person.
Reports say an 18-year-old foster son of the Proprietor of Supreme Kids Academy, Victor Egbon was the kidnapped victim.
In the raid that struck fear and apprehension among residents, the foster father, Abdulsalam Ozigi, also suffered seriously injury from machete cuts inflicted on him by the assailants.
The armed bandits were said to have infiltrated the community at about 12.15 am on Monday morning.
They invaded the residence of the Ozigis, broke into the family house and then abducted Victor to an unknown destination.
As at the time of writing this report, normalcy had returned to the affected community with everyone going about their lawful business.
