Entertainment impresario and chairman of the Cubana Group, Obinna Iyiegbu, aka Obi Cubana has launched an eco-friendly, smart life-style city and golf resort.
Located along the Idu industrial zone on the way to the airport, the over 340 hectares of land will contain houses of different specifications to meet the ever increasing housing market.
Iyiegbu who spoke at the sideline of the groundbreaking event yesterday in Abuja said that the inclusion of a golf course in the resort was to give the estate totally different identity from other housing resorts in Abuja.
He said that the Golf resort was being developed by Casa Cubana in partnership with CEO of Zoe New Dawn Nigeria limited, Mr. Achema Stephen Akpa.
He assured that in the next 12 months, the first set of houses would be ready for sale.
His words: ” We have gotten to the zenith of entertainment. We have to diversify. Comfortable accommodation is still a big challenge in Abuja. We have decided to build an eco-friendly city and golf resort where people can live in a serene,secured and peaceful environment and also have an ample opportunity for relaxation.
